CARY provides group and individual counseling services. Through this program, students work on anger management, social skills and moral reasoning. Parent groups, service projects and educational field trips are also important components of the CARY model. The key to CARY's continued success with the highest needs students in the school system is the individualized, therapeutic relationship each student builds with a CARY Youth Advisor, who is dedicated to their campus alone. Through this program students are able to explore maladaptive behaviors, correct poor habits, and learn prosocial ways to express their feelings.

The goal of this campaign is to collect snacks and gift cards to use as rewards and incentives for students in their program. The counselors keep some of the snacks in their office for the students to have during counseling sessions.
